Nicole Ellen Nicole Ellen is an authorized Sounder Sleep System™ instructor, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher®. She has been a licensed physical therapist for the past 10 years. She is also trained in the John Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release®, Cranial-sacral Therapy ®, massage, and osteopathic and manual techniques. She specializes in treating patients with chronic pain, neck, back and jaw pain and has a special interest in teaching tools to relax and prevent injury.
