Along with being a Sounder Sleep System instructor, I am a Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® teacher in the greater San Diego area. My background is in Dance/Movement therapy as well as in literature and creative writing. I'm happiest when I balance personal creativity with service to other people. I most enjoy supporting others to find their own peace and balance.

As a movement therapist I specialized in infancy, and was particularly helpful to highly sensitive people. For 20 year I've practiced a spiritual healing technique called Kofutu which taught me how to lend spiritual support. While studying the Feldenkrais method, I became interested in the way that gentle, well organized movement quiets my nervous system. The Sounder Sleep System has further focused this interest. Sounder Sleep System is a way to calm even the most sensitive person. I love sharing the system with others.
